Objective:

Calculate user conversion rate between two steps in a funnel.


Questions Answered:

  • What is the user conversion rate between two steps in a funnel?
  • How many unique users have done the first activity in your funnel vs the conversion activity (the second activity)? What is the conversion rate?
  • How has this conversion rate changed over time?
  • What does unique-user volume of both activities in your funnel look like over time?
  • How do we account for the time-lag between the first and second steps of your funnel?
