Understand how many times a user does a certain activity before they do a separate conversion activity.


Questions Answered:

  • How many times do customers perform a selected activity before they eventually perform a second selected activity?
  • How does the number of times they do the “before” activity change over time?
  • How many customers don’t even do the “before” activity in the first place?
