Objective:
Understand how many times a user does a certain activity before they do a separate conversion activity.
Questions Answered:
- How many times do customers perform a selected activity before they eventually perform a second selected activity?
- How does the number of times they do the “before” activity change over time?
- How many customers don’t even do the “before” activity in the first place?
Activities Required:
- 1 activity representing an action you want to understand prior to a conversion goal
- 1 activity representing the conversion goal
