Objective:
Describes retention rates of all customers and by cohort, where being active is defined by the customer doing a selected activity
Questions Answered:
- What is the expected tenure of your customers over time?
- What is the overall % of customers who are still active after X months?
- What do retention rates look like over time when segmented by month of customer cohorts?
Activities Required:
- 1 activity that indicates a user is "active" (ex. Log In, Visited Site)
