Control the Start Day of Week

You can now override the start day for each week within the Company Settings > Processing Configuration. This will control the first day of the week to the day you specify for all datasets (new and existing).
How it works
All date functions related to week will run a modified sql query to adjust the week start date to the day selected. You can manually inspect the new SQL logic in the freehand function for date_trunc() as shown below:
