We've improved Customer Journey, making it easier to quickly explore customer behaviors over time. You can check out the new improvements yourself from the customer journey page, by clicking the person icon the side menu.
Highlights ✨
- Features visible on each activity
- Quick click-to-copy feature values
- Repeated activities are collapsed for easier viewing
- Use of color to highlight first activity of that kind for that user
